HUDSON VALLEY VEGFEST (whose work and activities support The Institute for Animal Happiness) is thrilled to have been invited to be a part of the first-ever HUDSON VALLEY FOOD & BEVERAGE SUMMIT at the world famous Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. We are deeply grateful to Mary Kay Vrba and staff at DUTCHESS TOURISM for including us (and vegan awareness) in this wonderful opportunity! Hudson Valley Vegfest will conduct TWO VEGAN PRESENTATIONS for this conference-style event, which is open to the public but especially geared towards businesses, industry and networking (in addition to the Vegan track there will also be presentations on Sake Brewing, Artisanal Foods, Kosher Foods and other offerings). The title of our presentation is "PLANT POWER FOR BUSINESS: From Fringe to Future" and we are excited and ready to represent! Our goal is to inspire attendees with all the amazing benefits of adding vegan options  and PLANT POWER to their menus, businesses, ethics, philosophies and lives.
